Hesap ve Veri Silme

Creator AI hesabının ve ilişkili verilerinin silinmesini uygulamadan veya aşağıdaki e-posta yoluyla isteyebilirsin.

Uygulamadan

  1. Creator AI'a giriş yap ve Profil bölümünü aç.
  2. “Hesabımı ve verilerimi sil” seçeneğine dokun.
  3. Onay penceresinde silme işlemini doğrula.

Uygulama dışından

[email protected] adresine hesabına kayıtlı e-posta adresinden, konu kısmına Creator AI — Hesap Silme yazarak talep gönder. Hesabına erişemiyorsan aynı adrese durumu açıkla; sahipliği doğrulamamız gerekebilir. Şifreni, kimlik belgeni veya kart bilgilerini e-postaya ekleme.

Ne silinir?

Hesap ve creator profili; sohbet geçmişi ve uygulamada tutulan ekler; manuel sosyal medya ölçümleri; destek kayıtları; oturumlar ve bildirim tercihleri silinir. Talep hesabın doğrulandıktan sonra işleme alınır. Güvenlik veya yasal yükümlülük gereği tutulması gereken sınırlı kayıtlar ve mağazanın sakladığı satın alma kayıtları farklı kurallara tabi olabilir. Harici hizmet sağlayıcılara daha önce gönderilmiş veriler onların silme/saklama süreçlerine de tabidir.

Account and Data Deletion

Request deletion of your Creator AI account and associated data in the app or by email.

In the app

  1. Sign in to Creator AI and open Profile.
  2. Select “Delete my account and data”.
  3. Confirm deletion in the dialog.

Outside the app

Email [email protected] from the email address registered to your account with the subject Creator AI — Account Deletion. If you cannot access your account, explain this in your request; we may need to verify ownership. Do not send passwords, identity documents or payment card details.

What is deleted?

Your account and creator profile, conversation history and app-held attachments, manual social measurements, support records, sessions and notification preferences are deleted. Email requests are processed after ownership verification. Limited records required for security or legal obligations and store-held purchase records may follow different rules. Data previously sent to external providers is also subject to their retention and deletion processes.

Cancel Plus separately in store settings. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel Apple/Google subscriptions. See our Privacy Policy.
