İşlediğimiz bilgiler
- Hesap: e-posta, ad, güvenli parola özeti veya Google/Apple hesap kimliği; eklemeyi seçersen telefon numarası.
- Creator profili: içerik alanı, platformlar, hedefler ve yapay zekâna verdiğin isim.
- İçerik: sohbet mesajları, yüklediğin görsel/dokümanlar, AI yanıtları, bildirdiğin yanıtlar ve destek talepleri.
- Raporlar: kendin girdiğin takipçi, görüntülenme ve beğeni ölçümleri. Sosyal medya şifreni istemeyiz; bu raporlar otomatik sosyal hesap erişimi anlamına gelmez.
- Güvenlik ve kullanım: oturum bilgileri, IP tabanlı kötüye kullanım kontrolleri, günlük kullanım sayaçları ve son kullanım zamanı.
- Abonelik: mağaza/RevenueCat kullanıcı kimliği, ürün, abonelik ve satın alma durumları. Tam kart bilgilerini biz almayız.
- İzin verirsen bildirimler: OneSignal abonelik kimliği, cihaz/işletim sistemi bilgileri, uygulama dili, saat dilimi ve bildirim tercihleri.
Nasıl kullanılır ve kimlerle paylaşılır?
Hesabını işletmek, içerik önerileri üretmek, sohbet geçmişini saklamak, raporları göstermek, desteği sağlamak, satın almaları doğrulamak ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek için işleriz. Mesajların, ilgili creator profil bilgilerin ve gönderdiğin ekler yanıt üretmesi için OpenAI'a iletilir. Gereksiz kişisel veri veya başkasına ait gizli bilgi gönderme.
Bildirim için izin verdiğinde OneSignal, Android'de Google Firebase Cloud Messaging ve iOS'ta Apple Push Notification service kullanılır. Abonelik yönetiminde RevenueCat ve satın aldığın mağaza kullanılır. Google/Apple ile giriş seçersen ilgili sağlayıcıyla giriş bilgileri doğrulanır. Bu sağlayıcılar verileri kendi ülkeleri dâhil farklı ülkelerde işleyebilir; kendi gizlilik politikaları da geçerlidir. Kişisel verileri reklam amacıyla satmayız; uygulamada reklam ağı entegrasyonu yoktur.
Mikrofon ve dosyalar
Mikrofon/konuşma tanıma yalnızca sesle yazmayı başlattığında kullanılır. Ses, cihazın konuşma tanıma hizmeti tarafından işlenebilir; bu hizmet işletim sistemi ayarlarına göre sunucu kullanabilir. Creator AI backend'ine sohbet için dönüştürülmüş metin gider; ham ses kaydı gönderilmez. Dosya seçicide yalnızca seçtiğin ekler sohbet amacıyla gönderilir. Rehberine veya tüm dosyalarına erişim istemeyiz.
Saklama, güvenlik ve silme
Hesap ve içerikler, hizmeti sağlamak için hesabın açık kaldığı sürece veya sen silene kadar saklanır. Hesabınla ilişkili veri silme işlemini uygulamanın Profil bölümünden başlatabilirsin. Ayrıntı ve uygulama dışından talep için Hesap silme sayfasını kullan. Güvenlik kayıtları, yasal yükümlülükler ve mağaza tarafından tutulan işlem kayıtları ayrı saklama kurallarına tabi olabilir. Hizmet sağlayıcıların kendi sistemlerindeki saklama süreleri de geçerlidir. Oturum denetimi, parola özeti ve erişim kısıtlamaları kullanırız; hiçbir sistem için mutlak güvenlik garantisi verilemez.
Web sitesi ve operasyon güvenliği
Web sitemizin ve API’nin güvenli erişimi için Cloudflare, Caddy ve sunucu sağlayıcımız bağlantı ve güvenlik verilerini işleyebilir. Yönetici alanında yalnızca oturum için gerekli çerez kullanılır. AI token kullanımı ve standart tarife üzerinden hesaplanan maliyet, işletim ve güvenlik amacıyla yetkili yönetim alanında tutulur. Telegram’a hesap oluşturma, doğrulama ve destek olayı gibi sınırlı operasyon bildirimleri gönderilebilir; bunlar olay türü ve kısa hesap kimliği içerir, sohbet içeriği, e-posta veya telefon içermez. Telegram ayrı bir hizmet sağlayıcıdır. Bildirim kayıtları ve yönetici işlemleri sınırlı süreyle güvenlik amacıyla tutulur.
Tercihlerin ve iletişim
Bildirimleri Profil veya cihaz ayarlarından kapatabilir; mikrofon iznini cihaz ayarlarından geri alabilirsin. Profil bilgilerini düzenleyebilir; erişim, düzeltme veya silme taleplerini [email protected] adresine iletebilirsin. Kimlik doğrulamak için gereken sınırlı bilgi istenebilir; şifreni veya ödeme kartı bilgilerini gönderme. Creator AI çocuklara yönelik tasarlanmamıştır. Politika değişirse tarih bu sayfada güncellenir; veri kullanımında önemli değişiklikler uygun şekilde duyurulur.
Privacy Policy

Information we process
- Account: email, name, a secure password hash or Google/Apple account identifier, and an optional phone number if you add it.
- Creator profile: niche, platforms, goals and your chosen AI name.
- Content: messages, uploaded images/documents, AI responses, reported responses and support requests.
- Reports: follower, view and like measurements you enter yourself. We do not ask for social media passwords or imply that manually entered reports provide automatic social account access.
- Security and usage: sessions, IP-based abuse prevention, daily usage counters and last activity time.
- Subscriptions: store/RevenueCat user identifiers, products, purchase and subscription status. We do not receive full payment card details.
- With notification permission: OneSignal subscription identifiers, device/OS information, language, time zone and notification preferences.
Use and service providers
We process this information to operate accounts, generate suggestions, keep conversation history, display reports, provide support, validate purchases and prevent abuse. Messages, relevant creator profile details and attachments you send are transmitted to OpenAI to generate responses. Avoid unnecessary personal information or other people's confidential content.
When you enable notifications, we use OneSignal, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging on Android and Apple Push Notification service on iOS. RevenueCat and your app store manage subscriptions. If you select Google or Apple sign-in, that provider verifies your identity. These providers may process information in other countries and have their own privacy policies. We do not sell personal information for advertising; the app has no advertising network integration.
Microphone and files
Microphone/speech recognition is used when you start voice typing. Your device's speech recognition service may process audio on servers depending on your OS settings. Creator AI's backend receives transcribed text for the conversation, not a raw audio recording. Only attachments you select are sent for the conversation. We do not request access to contacts or all files.
Retention, security and deletion
Account information and content are retained to provide the service while your account is open or until you delete them. Start account deletion in Profile, or use the account deletion page to request deletion outside the app. Security logs, legal obligations and store-held transaction records may follow separate retention rules. Providers also apply their own retention policies. We use session controls, password hashing and access restrictions; no system can guarantee absolute security.
Website and operational security
Cloudflare, Caddy and our hosting provider may process connection and security data to deliver our website and API securely. The admin area uses only an essential session cookie. AI token usage and estimated costs calculated from standard rates are retained in the authorized operations area. Limited account, verification and support event notifications may be sent through Telegram with an event type and shortened account ID; these do not contain chat content, email addresses or phone numbers. Telegram is a separate service provider. Notification and administrator activity records are retained for a limited security period.
Choices and contact
Disable notifications in Profile or device settings and revoke microphone access in device settings. Edit your profile and contact [email protected] for access, correction or deletion requests. We may request limited information to verify account ownership; never send passwords or payment card details. Creator AI is not designed for children. We update this page's date when this policy changes and communicate material data-use changes as appropriate.
